I did a bit of research, and found a few coins similar, but none identical.

It’s brownish in color (probably old copper) and the edges of the coin are wavy.

On one side, there is a leaf or feather design forming a large crescent or moon shape. Snow Removal Denver . Inside this crescent is an "O" shaped character (which I believe is the Arabic numeral for 5) and a bit of Arabic writing. At the bottom it says "five milliemes"

On the other side, it has more Arabic along the top, along the bottom it looks like it says "1970-" and then four more characters that I cannot identify.
In the middle is a slightly European-looking design with a crown on top.

I’m 99% sure this is an Egyptian coin worth 5 "milliemes" (what ever that means), but the ones I saw when looking up Egyptian currency were circular and slightly different in design. However, the one in current print didn’t seem to come into use until 84, so it might just be an older version of the same coin.

Also, is it worth anything? I’m guessing not, being a recent, common coin, but it’s worth a try.
