I know the design can be put on the outside though because I’ve seen them for sale (http://cgi.ebay.com/1904-barber-half-dol… pediatrics tarzana ca . green gifts . and http://www.libraryshop.org/usicoje.html)…

I can’t figure out how this is done so any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Pictures would be wonderful too!
